Each household gets one client service card to collect food from our pantry once a month.
This card can also be used at other food pantries that partner with Gleaners and Forgotten Harvest, so you don’t need separate cards for different pantries.
If you’ve been given a card at another location, please let us know so we can update our system.
When picking up food, clients need to have their client service card and a valid ID, except for USDA/TFAP food distributions.
Our USDA/TFAP food distribution is part of Gleaners' Mobile distribution and serves walk-up clients. It’s open to the general public, including DFH clients, and happens every other Wednesday. This does not affect your monthly pick-up, and you can come as often as needed.
Clients can also participate in other food programs like Easter and Thanksgiving distributions without affecting their monthly visit.
Clients can pick up food for one extra household (like a relative, friend, or neighbor) if that household is registered with us and has approved the client as the pick-up person. You need to be listed as their proxy in their profile to pick up food for them.
